He is taking a short break now until after his evaluation on June 28th, and then he will return to post about things that interest him over the summer. Next year he will be doing fifth grade writing, and will need to expand on his punctuation usage, as well as content expansion. Thank you to all of you, you have been awesome to my son!!

Fishy Monday: The Immaculate Damsel Fish

Today for Fishy Monday I'm going to tell you about the Immaculate Damsel Fish.

Little is known about this fish so this is going to be kind of a short post. The Immaculate Damsel has different colors for the males and females, way different colors! The males are black on the side with a very bright yellow stripe splitting the black in two, blue stripes on the top of the head, around the eyes,on the dorsal fin,and on the bottom fins. The rest of the body is a dark yellow. The females on the other hand are quite plain colored with a blue tail fin and a light blue bottom fin.The females give the fish the name Immaculate Damsel which means clean fish I think. The diet and behavior of this fish is unknown to science and probably because this a quite rare fish. The only known closest relative of this fish in the Green Chromis a member of the Damsel family. This fish averages in sizes in a size of 10 to 12cm.

That's my report on the Immaculate Damsel Fish and if your wondering I got the info from TheAquariumWiki.com and the pictures from Free Google images. The End.P.S. I was wrong that was not a short post!

The Mimosa Tree is a beautiful tree that you can find in Asia, mostly China,Western Africa, and even some of the United States of America which include California,New York and Florida I have one in my own back yard!Actually it's not planted in my yard it's planted in my neighbors yard and it climbs over our fence so they get the and water it but we get the glorious flowers. This particular tree doesn't live very long only up to about 20 years and it reaches heights up to 40 feet tall meaning it is a medium size tree. The on in my neighbors yard is only about 4 years old and is about 7.3 feet tall so there's is still a midget! The flowers of this tree a pinkish white ang are very puffy falling off every now and then.My sister calls them poofy heads ha ha ha how cute.

That's my report on the Mimosa Tree and the information came from garden guides.com the video came from You Tube and the picture came from Google Pictures. The End.
