Swimming And Pool Safety

Today I'm going to tell you about swimming safety.

Many kids each year are drowned,hospitalized,and killed by not knowing pool safety. That's why for this blog post I'm going to tell you about pool safety.

1-When a in-ground pool in in access for little kids you should always have a pool fence.A pool fence should be at least 4-5 feet tall,just tall enough for kids under 7.

2-You should have alarms in and around the pool,so when a child try's to sneak out of the door to the pool or in the pool you'll know in an instant.

3-You should always watch your children while they're swimming.Ignore phone calls,texts,and E-mails until the children are done swimming.Another smart thing to do is have the kids pair up with a buddy.This is called "the buddy system".

4-If you don't have a pool fence or children sensors you should have a pool cover strong enough to hold a medium sized child,like me.

5-The most important thing to do at a public pool is always watch your child.Public pools are quite dangerous.If your child is seen on conscious in or out of the pool and there is no life guard on duty you should perform CPR.

Darien's Four Seasons

Today im going to tell you about the four seasons.First im going to tell you about Autumn.Autumn is a time of year when the leaves fall off of the trees.Here the leaves aeren't as beautiful as they are up in New York,theyre usualy brown.Autumn is a wonderful time of year.The leaves change,the holidays are getting close,the monkeys come out wha wait, monkeys uugh well you get the point,onto Winter.Aagh winter,my favorite time of the year,why you might ask,becaus it snows,to bad where I live it doesent snow.Winter is also my favorite time of the not just because the holidays,but families getting together.Every body loves a good family reunion.Good,onto Spring.Spring is here and you know what that means,no not the fact that its to cold ice cream anymore,the animals are done hibernating and the leaves and flowers are blooming.I can finaly sit out side and watch the animals get ready for another Winter and I can finally take this sweater off. Get your sun glasses on because here comes Summer. Summer is a time when lots of plants grow, the days get longer, and it is hot very hot.Thats my report on the four seasons.The End.

Church Funday!

Last Tuesday was when we went to church to have fun (Stick our faces in pudding.) and hang out with friends. I hanged out and played with my friends Nick (Short for Nicholas.) and Will (Short for William.),well not much Will because he was sticking his face in pudding but hey the face wants what the face wants. Me and Nick played on the water slide and the slip and slide most of the time but stopped to finger paint, play a little catch, and get a little pudding in our faces. Me William and Nicholas had a great time and to me was one of the best times of my life. The End
