Fishy Monday: The Cardinalfish

Today I'm starting something that I call Fishy Monday, kind of like Fun Friday but all about fish.Today I'm going to tell you about the cardinal fish and just so you know the fish will not be in alphabetical order. There are many species of cardinal fish from the ordinary black and white cardinal fish to the spotted and pajama cardinal fish.Since people get confused between cardinal bird and cardinal fish especially kids they are also known as a longer but more easy to remember name which is small fish with big eyes. They are very small fish with most species growing to only 2 inches and can be very beautiful with stripes and spots all over there body. They are nocturnal fish meaning that they sleep in the day and hunt at night. That's when there eyes come in.They use there eyes to see small crustaceans and fish in the pitch black of night. If you go out in the coral reefs of the world you will probably not see these fish because like I said they are nocturnal but If you do see a cardinal fish you will normally find them in pairs. That's it for today's fishy adventures.See you next Monday for another fishy adventure. The End.

  1. Very good job, buddy. I don't see any major grammatical errors. Just so you know they are cardinalfish all one word, not separate words.
